The Spacemaker is a two-section economy loft ladder with box section sides with flat-topped rungs. It is easy to fit and suitable for light storage access. Requires a minimium opening of 560mm long x 457mm wide and an `arc of clearance` of 1250mm behind the aperture. It comes complete with a pole, trap catch & hinges. The Easy Stow loft ladder is a 3 section aluminium spring counter balanced ladder with a `D` shaped flat tread. It has a loop top handrail and adjustable overlap, so as more of the ladder can be kept double on lower ceiling heights. Suitable for general/regular storage purposes to BS7553 Class H. To suit vertical loft floor to landing heights up to 3.0m. Minimum trap aperture required is 510mm x 410mm. 1100mm clearance behind the trap in the loft & 760mm vertically in the loft is required. Folding Timber Loft Ladder 
The BT2000 is a folding timber loft ladder that comes complete with its own insulated spring counter balanced trap door, trap surround.
It has 3 folding sections with 75mm sides & treads. This ladder is ideal in situations where horizontal & vertical loft storage is restricted or if the trap size has to be altered.
As 80% of the work in fitting a loft ladder is in modifying the trap to hinge down, this ladder has all the work done for you. Suitable for regular storage purposes.
