The Hideaway loft ladder is a 3 section aluminium spring counter balanced ladder with a `D` shaped flat tread. It has a loop top handrail and adjustable overlap, so as more of the ladder can be kept double on lower ceiling heights. Suitable for general/regular storage purposes to BS7553 Class H. To suit vertical loft floor to landing heights up to 3.0m. Minimum trap aperture required is 510mm x 410mm. 1100mm clearance behind the trap in the loft & 760mm vertically in the loft is required. Manufactured to BS7553 1992 Class H, with a Maximium load of 150Kg
