This three section spring counter balanced aluminium loft ladder has box section sides with flat- topped ‘D’rungs. It is easy to fit and use and suitable for general storage access to BS EN14975. It comes complete with a single loop top aluminium handrail, pole, trap catch & hinges. Suits vertical loft floor to landing heights of 2.3m-3.0m. Min. trap 508mm x 423mm, 1050mm clearance behind the trap in the loft & 750mm vertically in the loft. Manufactured to BS en 14975:2006, with a Maximium load of 150Kg
