The Deluxe is a two section 390mm wide spring counter balanced aluminium ladder with 77mm treads & sides. It is suitable for regular access and is to BS7553 Class H with a Maximium load of 150Kg. It comes complete with two aluminium handrails, pole & hinges. Suits vertical loft floor to landing heights of 2.31m-3.25m. Min. trap 686mm x 508mm, 1600mm clearance behind the trap in the loft & 1030mm vertically in the loft is required for this ladder.
